Now...At 555 am...Doppler radar showed numerous light to moderate rain showers across volusia and eastern seminole and orange counties while lighter rain showers were exiting brevard county. A large area of light to moderate rain with embedded thunderstorms containing heavy rain...Extended from south lake...Southwest orange and northwest osceola counties southwestward into the western side of the peninsula. Through 8 am...Showers will push east to northeast at Around 25 mph and affect much of east central Florida...With the exception of northern lake and volusia counties. Additional rainfall amounts will range from a few hundredths to one quarter of an inch across most areas...However a few spots will pick up between one half and one inch of rainfall...Along with a few lightning strikes...With the embedded heavier activity.
