Now...Through 8 am...Widespread rain and a few embedded strong showers will continue to move through most of southeast Georgia and portions of northeast Florida. Moderate shower areas through 8 am will mainly be west of a line from alma to waycross...To lake city in northeast Florida where hourly rainfall amounts will be near a tenth to a quarter of an inch. Mainly light rains will also affect portions of northeast Florida through 8 am as well as along the southeast Georgia coast with rainfall amounts near a tenth of inch or less per hour.
