Now...Areas of fog and reduced visibilities down to 2 miles will continue across portions of west-central and southern Illinois. Observation sites along and east of the Mississippi River have reported improvements to visibility over the last few hours and this trend is expected to continue through the late afternoon hours as winds begin to increase across the region.
