Now...Wind advisory in effect from 9 am to 6 pm cst Thursday... A strong cold front from near brackettville to Junction will continue to blast real...Bandera...Kerr and llano counties over the next couple hours. Gusty northwest winds of 20 to 40 mph will blow just behind the cold front...Then subside to 15 to 20 mph by late evening. Take time to secure loose objects. In addition scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will accompany the cold front. Rainfall amounts will average one tenth inch with totals over one half inch possible.
