Locations to the south...Where temperatures are still above freezing are still receiving rain or drizzle. As the low continues to the north...Winds across the area will turn more westerly or northwesterly and strengthen. Shortly after sunrise...Cooler air will filter over the region and any remaining precipitation will change over to all snow. Light snow should should continue until around noon with additional snow accumulation up to one inch. Temperatures will fall through the day...From the low to middle 30s at 5:00 am cst...Dropping to the upper 20s by noon. As the temperatures drop...Winds will be on the increase...Reaching 30 to 35 mph with occasional gusts to 45 mph or higher.
