The snow will be most concentrated across northern New York and the northern third of Vermont....Where visibilities will be reduced to around a mile at Times. This combined with additional snow accumulations around an inch will begin to deteriorate travel conditions. As a result...Caution will be needed during the evening commute across the north country. Over south central Vermont...Less than an inch of snow is expected with only light snow or flurries expected.
