Now...Flood watch in effect until 10 am est this morning... Moderate to occasionally heavy rain will impact the Washington and baltimore metropolitan areas as well as lower southern Maryland through 4 am. Additional rainfall amounts up to one quarter of an inch are expected which May cause ponding of water on roadways. Temperatures will range from the mid and upper 30s across most locations to the lower and middle 40s in lower southern Maryland. Visibilities will be locally reduced to one mile or less at Times in rain.
