These cold showers are expected over the interior coastal ranges including Clear lake...The eastern foothills of the sacramento valley...The mother lode foothills...As well as portions of the greater sacramento valley and delta regions. Motorists will want to slow down when entering shower areas and anticipate the potential for small hail or sleet accumulations on the road surfaces. Look for most of this shower activity to diminish after sunset.
