Now...Patchy fog has developed across the sacramento and san joaquin valleys...And the delta this morning. Visibilities May locally drop below 1/4 of a mile in fog prone areas. The visibility May vary widely along this mornings commute...So be prepared for rapid fluctuations in visibility. Slow down...Use your low beam headlights...And allow extra space between vehicles. The fog should begin to lift by around 10 a.M.
