As the rain continues through the overnight hours expect areas of ponding water in poor drainage areas and low lying elevations. Also areas near the buffalo metro area whose snow pack remained through the day May also see additional poor drainage ponding of water. Visibilities...In rain as well as low clouds and fog...Will be greatly reduced this evening especially across higher terrain of the southern tier.
