Now...A few showers extending along a cold front from around lake okeechobee to the treasure coast will push southeast of the area by around sunset. Winds will continue to shift to the northwest immediately behind the front becoming sustained briefly to around 15 mph with gusts to around 25 mph. A lake wind advisory remains in effect until 7 pm this evening for all of east central Florida. Temperatures behind the front have rapidly fallen into the 50s. Similar to land...There will exist with frontal passage over the coastal waters a period of gusty northwest winds to 30 knots. A wind chill advisory will go into effect after midnight tonight for osceola county and north brevard county northward. Northwest winds will remain elevated 10 to 15 mph with overnight minimum temperatures falling into the 30s in the advisory area. Wind chill values will fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s for a few hours late overnight within the advisory area.
