Now...Through 2 am...An area of rain will continue to spread northeast at 40 mph out of southeast Texas and into central and southern Louisiana. Some of the rainfall will be moderate to briefly heavy with rainfall rates up to 3/4 of an inch per hour. Also...Isolated thunderstorms will be possible along and south of the interstate 10 corridor in south central Louisiana. The rain is expected to end in southeast.
