Now...Through mid morning...Areas of fog and mist will continue to affect the lower rio grande valley and portions of the laguna madre. Visibilities are gradually improving but still remain below two miles at Times in several locations. Motorists are urged to slow down and drive with enhanced caution when traveling on area roadways this morning.
