Now...Wind advisory in effect until 2 pm est this afternoon... Gusty winds and occasional snow flurries will continue across the shenandoah valley this morning. Sustained northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible through mid morning.
