Now...At 11:30 pm...National weather service radars indicated numerous showers along a line from tahlequah...To mcalester. These showers were in advance of a cold front which was moving eastern Oklahoma...Followed by gusty northwesterly winds and temperatures falling into the mid 40s. The showers were moving northeast at 40 mph and rainfall amounts have been less than one quarter of an inch. Through 12:30 am...Numerous showers will continue along the advancing cold front. Locations along a line from jay...To sallisaw...To antlers have the highest rain chances. Rainfall amounts will generally be around a quarter inch. Additionally...Winds will turn northwesterly with gusts up to 35 mph behind the frontal passage.
