Now...Patchy fog is forming this morning throughout the lower Columbia Basin and surrounding foothills. Local visibility could be reduced to less than a quarter of a mile at Times especially near streams...Rivers or other moisture sources. Temperatures are also close to or below freezing in some locations which could result in slick surfaces formed by freezing fog. Motorist should exercise caution when driving in foggy conditions this morning. The fog will dissipate by midday.
