Now...Narrow bands of lake effect snow will continue to affect the finger lakes region and southern tier of New York. Some of the heavier snow showers, especially from ithaca to binghamton, May produce an additional inch of snow through 3 am. Some light snow showers and flurries May drift as far south as the northern tier of Pennsylvania. Expect only a light dusting across most areas.
