Now...Areas of fog have developed this morning in the interior valleys of southwest Washington and northwest Oregon...Including The willamette valley...Clark county lowlands...And locally around the portland metro area. Webcams and airport observations indicate that this fog is dense in spots...Reducing visibility locally to one quarter mile or less. Expect the fog to persist into mid morning...Then gradually lift or clear out by midday in most areas.
