An additional half inch of rain is possible...Mainly in the cumberland plateau counties. Additionally...Strong winds will continue tonight as a surface low over northern Missouri passes by the area. Wind speeds of 20 to 30 mph will be common...With gusts up to 40 mph. Expect these strong winds to persist through Wednesday afternoon. Operators of high profile vehicles should use caution.
