Now...Scattered light showers will become steady between 5 and 6 pm in the potomac highlands...And between 6 and 7pm across the shenandoah valley as well as the Martinsburg hagerstown area. The steady rain will last for an hour or two...And will amount to no more than a tenth of an inch.
