Occasional light freezing rain and sleet will continue across the shenandoah valley...Potomac highlands...Eastern West Virginia panhandle...And allegany and Washington counties in Maryland through noon. With temperatures in the mid and upper 20s...Exposed surfaces will become lightly coated with ice. Motorists should use extreme caution this morning as roadways will likely be slick.
