Now...Light to moderate will continue to push northward across southern Wisconsin for the remainder of the evening. Areas to the north of i-94 and i-90...Including Fond du lac...Sheboygan...Wisconsin dells...And beaver dam will see the rain move in before 5 pm cst. South of the interstate...Widespread rain is already affecting nearly all locations. Decent rainfall accumulations of near a half inch can be expected along and south of the interstate before 12 am cst. North of this line between a quarter and a half inch can be expected before the midnight hour. Rainfall totals are expected to be in excess of one inch in many areas by the time the rain ends tomorrow morning. This rain on top of melting snow could LEAD to some localized flooding overnight and christmas. However...Any flooding should be very minor. With temperatures slightly above freezing and warmer temperatures aloft...The precipitation type should generally remain all rain this evening and overnight. Although not likely everywhere...A few locations with temperatures right at Freezing could see a couple slick spots on the road ways.
