The band of snow was moving east at 20 mph. Over south central Wisconsin...Isolated snow showers persisted but the intensity and coverage of the snow was Decreasing. Look for the light snow to continue to taper off. New snow accumulations over the next several hours should generally be less than an inch...Although around an inch of new snow will be possible in parts of the milwaukee metropolitan area. As the snow ends...Some areas of freezing drizzle May develop into the early evening. When combined with the snow from earlier in the day...This May cause some slick spots on area roads. Be sure to use caution when driving...Even after the snow ends.
