Now...At 1115 am, a final band of rain and higher elevation snow is crossing the cascade east slopes and Columbia River gorge. There continues to be pockets of freezing surface air in the lower Deschutes River canyon where a brief period of freezing rain will occur. Very little, if any, ice accumulations May occur through 1 pm.
