Now...Light to moderate rainfall will taper off by around noon across northern and central Vermont...As well as the champlain valley. Ponding of water on area roadways will continue as a result of rainfall which fell overnight and this morning. Drivers should exercise caution and slow down. Rain will end from south to north across the area.
