Sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph will continue across much of Maryland...The northern shenandoah valley...Virginia piedmont and the Washington metropolitan area through midnight. Temperatures will slowly fall through the upper teens across most areas this evening. Wind chills will be in the single digits...With wind chill values near zero along and west of the blue ridge through midnight.
