Now...Flood watch in effect until 10 am est Wednesday... Light to moderate rain will impact most of central Virginia into the Virginia piedmont through midnight. Rainfall amounts of one to two tenths of an inch are expected. Rain will freeze on impact where temperatures are below freezing across the higher elevations in the blue ridge mountains. Temperatures will range from the upper 20s in the blue ridge mountains to the mid and upper 30s elsewhere.
