Now...Areas of fog will affect portions of north central Maryland as well as northern and central Virginia during the mid-morning. Visibilities will fluctuate from one location to another...But May be locally reduced to one mile or less in some spots. If traveling this morning...Be prepared to encounter low visibilities in fog. Slow down and use your low beam headlights. Fog is expected to burn off by the late morning.
