Now...A tornado watch is in effect until 9 pm cst... Scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms will continue traveling across much of southwest Oklahoma...Northeast Texas...And northwest Louisiana today. This activity is moving to the northeast near 40 mph. Rainfall rates of a tenth of an inch to near one half inch per hour can be expected with this activity. Some areas May receive up to an inch of rain per hour in the heavier downpours. Thunderstorm activity should be on the increase this afternoon... With possible damaging winds and hail associated with a few isolated storms.
