Now...Wind advisory in effect from 8 am this morning to 6 pm cst this evening... Through 5 am...Northwest winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph can be expected. Areas of rain will move east and northeast across the area. Rainfall amounts up to one half inch can be expected. The rains will end west of a killeen to new braunfels to jourdanton to tilden line by 5 am.
