Between 1 and 3 inch accumulations are possible where the heaviest snowfall occurs over the extreme southern panhandle and the northern south plains and rolling plains. Otherwise...Fog...Drizzle...Or a light wintry mix will result in lowered visibilities over the southern south plains and rolling plains.
