Now...Through 1 am...Light rain will continue to spread over deep south Texas. Residents can expect up to a quarter of an inch of rainfall per hour...But any of the heavier rainfall will produce up to one half of an inch of precipitation per hour. Motorists are urged to drive with extra caution tonight on wet roads across the rio grande valley.
