Now...A strong cold front has moved into north Texas and as of 11 pm cst the front was located along a sherman to Decatur to cisco line...Moving southeast at 35 mph. Behind this front winds will shift to the northwest and gust up to 35 to 40 mph for about an hour. After the winds settle down temperatures will drop rapidly...Falling from the mid to upper 40s into the upper 20s approximately 2 hours behind the front. Ahead of the front for areas generally along and southeast of an athens to hillsboro to goldthwaite line...Areas of fog will continue to develop sometimes reducing visibilities beneath one mile. Any motorists are encouraged to exercise caution when encountering lower visibilities in these areas. The front is expected to move into the metroplex around midnight. As the front continues southeast of the metroplex it will scour out the areas of fog and any remaining low clouds.
