The strongest storms were ongoing across northeast Texas...Extending from near linden...Jefferson and mount enterprise Texas...Onto near the sam rayburn reservoir. Elsewhere...A large area of light to moderate rain was ongoing north and east of a line from cotton valley and ringgold...Onto near jena Louisiana. All of southwest Arkansas was experiencing light to moderate showers...As well as southeast Oklahoma. Movement of this activity was to the northeast near 40 mph. Expect additional thunderstorm development later this morning across northeast Texas and northwest Louisiana. The heavier showers could produce rainfall rates near one half inch per hour this morning.
