Now...Through 1000 am....Areas of light drizzle and fog will continue over south central Texas...The hill country and the rio grande plains. The fog will reduce visibilities to one to three miles. Motorists should exercise caution on wet roads and in areas where visibilities will vary over short distances. This will make travel hazardous through 10 am.
