This activity is mainly affecting locations along and south of a line from hemphill Texas to provencal Louisiana to columbia Louisiana. Rainfall amounts will average around a quarter of an inch per hour. Isolated higher amounts up to an inch can be expected under the heavier downpours of a thunderstorm.
