Through 3 pm...Locations south of a line from dalhart to canadian should experience snowfall while the heaviest snowfall should generally remain south of the Canadian River. Persons along the interstate 40 corridor will experience moderate snow with visibilities around one half mile. This will create difficult driving conditions for much of the southern Texas panhandle. Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are expected across the southern Texas panhandle...With accumulations generally less than 1 inch across the Oklahoma and northern half of the Texas panhandle.
