Additional snowfall amounts should range between one half of an inch to one inch. Currently...A winter weather advisory is in effect for the Oklahoma and northern Texas panhandles until midnight...And the southern Texas panhandle through noon cst Thursday. Otherwise...Low clouds and freezing fog will continue to impact mainly the southern half of the Texas panhandle this evening. Visibilities May briefly fall to one quarter mile...But most locations should experience visibilities of 1 to 3 miles or greater. Motorists are urged to use caution if travel is necessary.
