Now...Light rain will impact portions of central Texas this morning. Additional rainfall will be light. Rain chances will continue into the afternoon hours. Outside of rain areas...Blustery north winds and cloudy skies will make for one of the coldest days so far this season. Temperatures will slowly climb into the 50s around midday.
