Now...Wind advisory in effect from 10 am this morning to 5 pm cst this afternoon... Through 5 am...Areas of fog in cameron and hidalgo county will reduce the visibility to less than a mile. Motorists are encouraged to use low beam headlights...Reduce speed...And avoid tailgating in any fog early this morning.
