Now...Wind advisory in effect from 9 am to 6 pm cst Thursday... A strong cold front blasting through the hill country and approaching from the west will move to near interstate 35 between 11 pm and midnight. Secure loose objects as gusty winds of 20 to 40 mph will accompany the front. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms can also be expected behind the front. A few storms could be severe over the coastal plains.
