Now...A winter weather advisory remains in effect across western and northern north Texas from noon today through 9 am Wednesday morning. A wintry mix of light rain...Sleet and snow will continue moving into north Texas from the southwest through early afternoon. Any winter precipitation is expected to be very light with little or no accumulation through 1 pm. Temperatures will continue rising through the mid and upper 30s. People commuting across western north Texas through midday should continue to use caution and slow down when encountering any winter weather. The mixture of precipitation is expected to turn to all light snow across the advisory area by mid afternoon. Areas southeast of the winter weather advisory area will remain all rain...Or rain mixed with light sleet or snow through the afternoon hours.
