Now...Wind advisory in effect from 9 am to 6 pm cst Thursday... Through 10 pm...Isolated showers will move rapidly northward at 35 mph across the area. Only brief spotty rainfall amounts less than one tenth inch can be expected. A strong cold front in the hill country will blast into the area between 10 pm and midnight. Secure loose objects as gusty winds of 20 to 40 mph will accompany the front. Scattered showers and thunderstorms can also be expected.
