Now...Through 10 am...Moderate to heavy rain will continue to move across southeast South Carolina and southeast Georgia this morning. Heavy rain with rainfall rates of 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch in a hours time will produce poor visibilities and standing water on roadways. Some isolated locations along and west of interstate 95 will receive up to 1 inch of rain due to heavy downpours.
