While most of the area will see no accumulation...A few of the snow showers will produce a quick coating to one inch. Temperatures through 4 am will range from the lower and mid teens across the northern mountains...To the lower and mid 20s throughout the central susquehanna valley. Wind chills will be around zero at Times across the northern mountains.
