Now...Patchy dense fog will become more widespread this evening. Patchy dense fog with visibility around one-quarter of a mile will be common across canyon county this afternoon. A dense fog advisory is in effect from 6 pm tonight through 1 pm Friday in the lower treasure valley and from 9 pm tonight through 10 am Friday in the upper Weiser River basin.
