Now...Fog has lowered visibilities to one quarter of a mile or less tonight in parts of the willamette valley and lower columbia area in southwest Washington. Conditions will continue into Friday morning. In addition to reduced visibility...Moisture in the air May freeze roadways and walkways making them slick.
