Now...At 7:15 pm... National weather service doppler radars indicated an area of showers and moderate snow across portions of tulsa... And rogers counties. Patchy drizzle and light rain was also detected south of interstate 40. Most areas across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas were beginning to see precipitation associated with this storm system. Through 8 pm... Snow and occasional rain showers will continue for portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas with areal coverage expected to expand over the next hour into northeastern Oklahoma. A winter storm advisory is in effect from 6 pm this evening through 10 am cst Wednesday for locations primarily north of interstate 40 in northeastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
