Regional Weather Discussion...At 2 am... Light snow was tapering off in far northern Oklahoma... And had ended elsewhere across western north Texas... Western and central Oklahoma. North winds at 15 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph will continue overnight...Mainly near and north of interstate 40. Wind gusts from 15 to 20 mph can be expected elsewhere. The winds will continue to blow the snow leading to snow drifts of several feet. Some roads May be drifted shut. Conditions on area roadways will remain hazardous overnight. Caution is advised if travel is necessary. The winds and cold temperatures will also combine to produce very cold wind chill temperatures. Wind chill values will range from near zero to around 10 degrees above zero across Oklahoma and western north Texas through 3 am.
