Areas affected will be mainly east of i-35 and north of the turner turnpike... From north of chandler northward to cushing and stillwater... And continuing north to around ponca city and newkirk. Driving conditions May become locally hazardous due to sudden changes in visibility. If you will be driving in or through north central Oklahoma this evening... Use extra caution.
